Stoble

Stoble is located 418 Broadway St, Chico, CA 95928. Open from 7am-4pm Sunday-Saturday.
They have 4 stories all together. A basement, the 1st level being the café area, 2nd level where you can work quietly, and the rooftop which is a great spot to drink coffee and have some lunch or breakfast on sunny days. This café is great if you want a different location to study. Everything about it is aesthetic. Among friends and family Stoble is a popular place, picture for social media is taken.

More About their products
They have a wide variety of coffee and food. Some of their coffees are a grade 0 that comes in a can with hints of watermelon, lavender, and candy. Their coffee bean blends contain a dark roast, flagship, and de cafe. They also have a single origin and double origin coffee which means coffee beans originate from a single farm and double origin meaning 2 single origin beans blended. Their beverages range from $3 to $8.
How this Café became to be
Stoble first opened in in 2021. From 4 people being friends, to becoming roommates and then business partners the Café Shop opened. According to their home page Nat and Lauren married Matt and Matt from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo in 2010. They all stayed friends and 8 years later 4 children later they live across the street from each other and became business partners to what is now called Stoble.
Just by navigating the Stoble website you can tell just how much the owners care about their community and take pride in their brand. They even give us transparency about what goes into owning the business. By going inside, you can see first-hand how good it is. They’re always busy but somehow manage too always be consistent, nice, and clean. I would rate this café 10/10. It’s the perfect location to hang out with friends or do homework if you go to Chico State and live by campus as it located in the downtown area and walking distance to many. I have been coming here since it first opened.
